AFS vocational Hub was established in 2015. Since  inception, it has travelled an illustrious journey to become the biggest vocational training center in the FCT focused on providing training that promotes employable skills and building a world class community of outstanding and skilled workforce ready for the prevailing labour market.

AFS was born out of the need to promote Technical Vocational Education in Nigeria. AFS is duly accredited and recognized by the National Business and Technical Education Board (NABTEB).

AFS offers a diverse range of vocational training courses in Fashion and Textile Design; Digital Fashion Illustration; various ICT/Digital courses; Baking & Confectionery; Cuinary Arts; Millinery; Leather works; Hair Dressing/Wig Making; Hair Barbing; Make up Artistry; Microblading/Lash Extension; Auto Gele; Solar Panel Installation; Cellphone Repairs; HVAC; Paint production; Home essential production; and Bead Making, complemented by entrepreneurship training. The trainings provide industry exposure, along with technical and practical field knowledge within a well equipped facility in line with international standards.

Since inception, we have trained over 15,643 persons (including unemployed and underemployed youths, internally displaced persons, victims of domestic violence, return migrants, persons with disabilities and other vulnerable persons) many of whom have progressed into employment and started their businesses and are now  employers of Labour.

Our trainings are designed to ensure relevance to career  goals and to be flexible in terms of delivery and progression routes.

We are proud to have a great team from a range of different professional backgrounds who all care passionately about supporting young people to achieve their potential.  

Our tutors are well experienced in teaching and mentoring trainees to ensure they successfully start and grow their own business or to get employment towards achieving economic stability.

Thanks to the offered services we have managed to reach a value of 94% of students who have succeeded in moving onto the employment within a few months after attending our trainings.
